Eccera continues to grow in Gävle and the surrounding area, and we are now looking for several IT support technicians for upcoming and ongoing assignments with some of our customers.

Your responsibilities

As an IT support technician, you work with helping users with their daily IT-related challenges.

The role may vary depending on the assignment, but common tasks include:

• Handling incoming cases via phone, email, and case management systems
• Troubleshooting problems in Windows environments and various applications
• Administering user accounts and permissions in, for example, Active Directory
• Working in Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Providing pedagogical support and guidance to users
• Participating in improvement work and contributing to a stable IT environment

The assignments can be both onsite and in a servicedesk, depending on the customer.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in IT and are motivated by helping others. You are service-oriented, pedagogical, and have a professional approach when interacting with users. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for your cases while collaborating with colleagues. You have good communication skills and can adapt the way you explain technology depending on the recipient.

Requirements:

• Approximately 1 year of experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Experience with troubleshooting in client environments
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Merits:

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, or Intune
• Experience working in servicedesk or onsite support
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Efecte, or similar)
